Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of professional massage techniques—including acupressure, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology—tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health regulations.
- Conduct initial client consultations to assess health history, identify problem areas, and recommend appropriate therapeutic modalities.
- Provide clear post‑treatment advice, including home care tips, stretch routines, and product recommendations, to enhance long‑term wellness.
- Document each session accurately in the client management system, noting techniques used, duration, and any observations for future reference.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, attend regular training sessions, and share new knowledge with teammates to continually elevate service quality.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management of oils and equipment, and occasional front‑desk duties during peak hours.
- Promote a positive, friendly atmosphere by greeting clients warmly, listening actively, and responding promptly to feedback.
Requirements
- All educational levels are accepted; a certification in therapeutic massage or a related health field is a plus.
- Age limit: maximum 40 years.
- Open to all genders; applicants must possess a valid Indonesian Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP).
- Strong commitment to honesty, reliability, and professional ethics.
- Enthusiastic attitude toward learning new techniques and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: acupressure, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, massage techniques, reflexology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and build rapport with clients.
