Introduction
PT. Culinary Excellence Indonesia is seeking a motivated and reliable Tim Kitchen – Tim Operasional Dapur to join our bustling kitchen in Semarang. This full‑time position is a key part of our food‑and‑beverage (FnB) operations, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in a fast‑paced environment that values teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily preparation and cooking of menu items, following standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular sanitation of kitchen equipment and surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, spices, and kitchen tools; report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Operate and troubleshoot common kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and company hygiene policies at all times.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries, ensuring proper labeling and rotation of stock.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements, cost‑saving measures, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Support training of new kitchen staff by sharing best practices and operational procedures.
- Handle customer feedback related to food quality and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Full‑time availability with a willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Prior experience in the FnB sector is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.

- Good understanding of kitchen equipment, utensils, and basic food preparation techniques.
