- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting session details, progress notes, and any recommendations for follow‑up care.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals, such as physiotherapists, nutritionists, and yoga instructors, to provide integrated care pathways.
- Stay current with industry developments by attending workshops, training sessions, and certification courses related to reflexology and therapeutic techniques.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, preparing treatment rooms and equipment according to clinic protocols.
- Provide clear explanations of treatment benefits, post‑session care instructions, and self‑maintenance tips to clients.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and supporting the front‑desk team during peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a therapist or reflexology role.
- Open to candidates of any educational background; practical skill and client‑focused attitude are paramount.
- Female gender, as the position specifically serves a female clientele seeking comfort and privacy.
- Strong interpersonal qualities: honesty, politeness, diligence, and disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform therapeutic techniques that may require standing for extended periods.
