Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly as they enter the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Confirm food items and other products according to each customer’s order, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package customer orders promptly, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments, generate invoices, and process transactions with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including regular sanitation of work surfaces, equipment, and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Follow company policies, health regulations, and customer‑service protocols to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend complementary products, contributing to overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with teammates on shift schedules, share best practices, and support a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, food service, or customer‑facing roles.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the position’s operational requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- High level of honesty and reliability when handling cash and sensitive information.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, with operating hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Proficiency in procedural compliance, customer needs assessment, sales analysis, and store security.
- Flexibility to adapt to busy periods, including weekends and holidays.
