Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Professional Beauty Therapist to join our thriving spa and wellness center. This role is ideal for a motivated woman who is passionate about delivering exceptional facial and body treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for our clients. The successful candidate will work a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be expected to adapt to a shift‑based system that ensures continuous service coverage.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask application, and customized skin care protocols.
- Deliver professional body massage services, such as Swedish, aromatherapy, and targeted therapeutic massages, adhering to client preferences and health guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct initial consultations to assess client skin type, concerns, and treatment goals, providing personalized recommendations.
- Educate clients on post‑treatment care, product usage, and lifestyle tips that support long‑term skin health.
- Handle appointment scheduling, client records, and payment processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product lines, and advanced therapeutic techniques through continuous training and industry workshops.
- Promote spa packages, loyalty programs, and special promotions to increase client retention and revenue.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a spa, beauty salon, or related setting is preferred, with a solid track record of delivering facial and body massage services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of facial treatments and body massage techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends.
- Basic knowledge of skin anatomy, product ingredients, and hygiene standards.
