Introduction
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator Layanan Catering dan Pengelolaan Operasional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of catering services and the efficient management of day‑to‑day operational activities. The successful candidate will act as the central hub for coordinating client orders, supervising service execution, and maintaining accurate administrative records. Working Monday through Saturday, you will collaborate closely with both internal departments and external vendors to guarantee that every catering event meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily catering orders, confirming menu selections, portion sizes, and special dietary requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed schedules for kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and service personnel to ensure on‑time execution of events.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, utensils, and equipment, conducting regular stock audits and initiating procurement when needed.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for catering operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to generate contracts, invoices, and performance reports; create visual presentations with CorelDRAW for client proposals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance department to track budgeting, cost control, and profitability of catering projects.
- Support team building activities by fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating effective communication across departments.
- Monitor service quality during events, conducting post‑event evaluations and documenting lessons learned.
- Assist in training new administrative staff on software tools, company policies, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CorelDRAW is essential for document preparation, data analysis, and graphic design.
