Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our hospitality team as Waiter and Server (Layanan Pelanggan). Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering basic questions about the offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks with attention to presentation, timing, and temperature, adhering to the restaurant’s standards of quality.
  • Monitor table status, refill drinks, and anticipate additional needs to maintain a seamless dining flow.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring dining areas are tidy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and fellow front‑of‑house staff to coordinate service, resolve issues, and uphold a cohesive team dynamic.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling, sanitization, and personal grooming standards.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback, discuss special events, and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques by recommending specials, desserts, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMU/SMK graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong attitude are welcomed.
  • Core competencies: Honesty, politeness, responsibility, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Essential skills: Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English), strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and move quickly in a bustling dining environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events or special functions.
