Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our growing team in Bekasi, serving the broader Jabodetabek area. This position is a cornerstone of our Business Channeling operations, ensuring that every customer order is accurately captured, processed, and communicated across multiple internal departments. The successful candidate will work closely with credit analysts, survey teams, and the SHC (Sales and Customer Service) unit to deliver a seamless financing experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, confirming receipt and next steps.
- Gather, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, ensuring high data integrity.
- Process credit applications according to RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or the consumer’s credit grading, maintaining compliance with internal policies.
- Communicate credit approval status promptly to customers, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Dispatch survey orders to the SOC (Survey Operations Center) and track their progress to guarantee timely field verification.
- Coordinate with the SHC team on ongoing consumer orders, sharing updates and resolving any discrepancies.
- Exercise authority to enter and update customer records, manage credit processing workflows, and issue survey orders as required.
- Maintain meticulous records and audit trails to support internal reviews and external regulatory requirements.
- Continuously look for process improvement opportunities, suggesting automation or workflow enhancements to reduce turnaround time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or finance‑related experience.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with data entry systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical ability to assess credit documentation and verify data accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail, high integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
