Responsibilities
- Actively market and present Adira Finance’s loan and credit products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual financial needs.
- Generate sales orders through the company’s distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial customer data.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documentation, assemble complete credit applications, and submit them for internal approval.
- Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status, credit limits, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and repayment locations clearly to customers, helping them stay on track with their obligations.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating future cross‑selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and collections teams to resolve any discrepancies and to improve overall approval rates.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for product enhancements based on frontline feedback.
- Represent Adira Finance at local events and community gatherings to strengthen brand awareness and build a pipeline of potential clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C).
- Proficiency in sales management tools, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
