Responsibilities
- Collect assigned parcels from the J&T Express hub and verify package details against the manifest.
- Plan optimal delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge to maximize efficiency and meet promised delivery windows.
- Deliver small‑weight packages (up to 3 kg) to residential and commercial addresses within the designated Depok zone.
- Obtain customer signatures or digital confirmations upon successful delivery and record any delivery exceptions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic mechanical condition of the company‑provided motorcycle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch supervisors, providing status updates and flagging any issues such as traffic delays or address discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, wearing required protective gear and following traffic laws at all times.
- Assist in occasional special‑event deliveries, which may involve higher volume or time‑sensitive shipments.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, package handling, and route optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or an equivalent level.
- Age: 18‑40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key skills:
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
- Basic navigation skills and comfort using smartphone mapping applications.
