Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing activities in designated territories to identify and qualify potential WIFI customers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations for My Republic’s WIFI services, highlighting speed, reliability, and value‑added features.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service packages with prospects while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Monitor customer payment schedules, send reminders, and coordinate with the finance team to guarantee on‑time receipt of fees.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and recommending upgrades or additional services.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, preparing reports for regional management.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to align promotional activities and resolve service issues.
- Utilize personal vehicle and valid SIM C license to travel efficiently across the assigned coverage area.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 18 – 45 years.
- Gender: Open to all.
- Zero or more years of sales experience; strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Residence in Pandeglang or Rangkas Bitung, with reliable personal transportation.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Excellent public‑speaking abilities and confidence presenting to groups.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle a Monday‑Sunday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Basic proficiency with mobile CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
