Introduction

This role is perfect for candidates who are motivated by achieving targets, enjoy face‑to‑face interaction, and want to help residential, business, and office customers experience reliable, fast internet connectivity.

As a Sales DTD WiFi representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating leads, delivering compelling product presentations, and closing sales while maintaining strong relationships that foster long‑term loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Acquisition & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers in residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and office parks through door‑to‑door canvassing, referrals, and local events.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver clear, persuasive demonstrations of MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic internet packages and Wi‑Fi solutions, highlighting speed, reliability, and value‑added services such as streaming bundles and smart home integration.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, employing cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue per customer.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with new and existing clients, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction that drives referrals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, track key performance indicators, and conduct competitive analysis to adapt strategies in a fast‑changing market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and installation teams to guarantee smooth onboarding for new customers.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new product features, and regulatory changes affecting the telecom sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a demonstrated passion for sales and customer service is essential.
  • Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, persuasive presentation skills, basic data‑entry for reporting, and an aptitude for problem‑solving.
  • Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, resilient, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of internet technologies and willingness to learn technical aspects of fiber‑optic services.
