Introduction
PT. Surabaya Property Solutions is seeking a diligent and courteous Petugas Kebersihan dan Pemeliharaan Kantor (Office Cleaner & Maintenance Officer) to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is essential for maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment across our corporate office, marketing gallery, and show units, thereby supporting the overall customer experience and brand image of our real‑estate development business.
Responsibilities
- Kebersihan Unit: Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, the Marketing Gallery, and all show units. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and ensuring that every area is visitor‑ready at all times.
- Pelayanan Tamu: Greet visitors, VIP clients, and potential buyers with professionalism. Serve beverages and light snacks, maintain a tidy reception area, and anticipate guest needs to create a positive first impression.
- Persiapan Event: Assist the event coordination team in setting up rooms for Open House, customer gatherings, and promotional activities. Tasks involve arranging chairs, tables, signage, and ensuring audio‑visual equipment is functional.
- Operasional Harian: Deliver internal documents, organize brochures and marketing material, monitor pantry and restroom supplies, and restock items such as toilet paper, soap, and coffee.
- Utilitas & Pemeriksaan: Conduct routine checks on air‑conditioners, lighting, and water fixtures in show units. Turn off equipment after business hours to reduce energy consumption and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Kepatuhan Kebersihan: Follow company‑wide cleaning standards, health‑safety protocols, and waste‑segregation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.
- Pelaporan: Document daily activities, note any incidents or equipment failures, and communicate with the Facilities Manager for follow‑up actions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably as an Office Boy/Office Girl or in a similar custodial role within a corporate or property‑development environment.
- Age & Gender: Male candidates up to 35 years old; however, the company welcomes all genders for this position.
- Location: Placement in West Surabaya (Surabaya Barat).
- Personal Qualities: Honest, disciplined, diligent, quick‑learning, detail‑oriented, and courteous.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting moderate weights, standing for extended periods, and performing routine manual tasks.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities; ability to interact with customers politely and handle requests with a smile.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment, understanding of hygiene standards, and ability to perform simple utility checks (e.g., AC, lighting).
