Responsibilities
- Assist senior pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Verify prescription orders for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions, and promptly communicate any concerns to the supervising pharmacist.
- Maintain and update patient medication records in the pharmacy information system, guaranteeing confidentiality and data integrity.
- Conduct inventory checks, receive pharmaceutical supplies, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Provide counseling and education to patients on proper medication usage, possible side effects, and storage requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Participate in regular quality‑assurance audits, ensuring that all pharmacy operations meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
- Support the preparation of intravenous admixtures and specialized dosage forms under the guidance of licensed pharmacists.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend coverage, to guarantee continuous pharmacy services.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, certification courses, and in‑house training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy (Farmasi).
- Active STRTTK (Pharmacy Practice License) in good standing.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy setting.

- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
