We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Bahasa Indonesia to join our dynamic team in Bengkulu. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized Indonesian language lessons for individual students, adapting content to match each learner’s proficiency level and learning style.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, oral examinations, and written assignments, providing constructive feedback and tailored improvement plans.
- Develop engaging instructional materials, including worksheets, multimedia presentations, and interactive activities that promote active participation.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and performance metrics using the company’s learning management system.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student goals, achievements, and areas for further development.
- Stay current with contemporary teaching methodologies, linguistic research, and digital tools that enhance language acquisition.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to share best practices and collaborate on curriculum enhancements.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct in all interactions with students and colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Indonesian Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with the client’s specific preference.
- Age: Applicants must be within the appropriate age range for the position (maximum 0 years as indicated, interpreted as flexible for recent graduates).
- Teaching experience: While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong passion for education and any volunteer or internship experience in tutoring is advantageous.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex grammar concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly with students and parents.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adhere to the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, such as video conferencing platforms, interactive whiteboards, and online assessment software.
