- Engage with potential borrowers on the sales floor, answering product‑related questions and providing clear explanations of terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Utilize personal Android smartphone to demonstrate mobile‑app features, capture customer data, and process transactions efficiently.
- Develop and execute localized social‑media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and attract new applicants.
- Maintain a well‑organized and visually appealing sales counter, ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date and displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers and Home Credit liaison officers to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Record daily activity reports, track key performance indicators, and provide feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and compliance briefings to stay current on regulatory requirements and product updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; the ability to convey complex financing concepts in simple terms.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional and tidy appearance.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in Kendari or Kolaka, covering both street‑level shops and mall locations.
- Open to working Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional promotional events.
