Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu-related questions, and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order preparation.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back to ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and resetting stations.
- Monitor inventory of tableware, napkins, condiments, and report shortages to management.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all health regulations.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to guest complaints or special requests, seeking to resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including hosts, kitchen crew, and bar staff, to ensure seamless service flow.
- Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and honesty.
- Demonstrated discipline and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Humble attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service and upselling opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Team‑player who can thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg when necessary.
