Introduction

The position of Sales Officer (CMO) – Wilayah Sumbawa Seketeng (BNT) is a key frontline role within our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Sales Head – Channeling, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Sumbawa region by developing new merchant relationships, managing credit applications, and ensuring seamless transaction processing. This full‑time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast‑moving financing and consumer‑goods distribution business.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process in strict accordance with the guidance of the Sales Head – Channeling to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new order sources, including AXI agents, durable‑goods retailers, merchants, and additional Adira Finance channels.
  • Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, confirming the authenticity and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Enter initial customer data accurately into the company’s CRM and loan‑origination system.
  • Facilitate the financing transaction for approved units, coordinating with the Sales Head – Channeling for final approval.
  • Conduct on‑site consumer surveys, record findings, and upload reports into the designated application platform while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales leadership team on market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, and customer service to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end sales experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in finance, consumer durable goods, or channel distribution.
  • Core Skills:
