Introduction
Metro (Lampung) is expanding its Business Channeling operations and is seeking a diligent Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our fast‑growing team. This role serves as the critical bridge between incoming business orders and our credit processing units, ensuring that every customer application is accurately captured, evaluated, and communicated in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment that values precision, integrity, and proactive customer service.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on all orders received through the Business Channeling source, confirming receipt and next steps.
- Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, ensuring data integrity.
- Process credit applications based on RAC (Risk Assessment Credit) outcomes or customer grading, adhering to internal compliance standards.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection results to applicants promptly and professionally.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their progress.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Handover Center (SHC) to manage ongoing consumer orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date digital archives of all transaction records, supporting audit trails and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, proposing enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Assist in preparing periodic performance reports for management, highlighting order volumes, processing times, and approval rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, data‑entry, or credit processing roles.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, database entry, and familiarity with credit‑assessment tools.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and commitment to data integrity.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—to interact with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Soft skills such as problem‑solving, time management, and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.
