Introduction

We are seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC for the Kabupaten Probolinggo region. This role focuses on expanding the reach of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions among micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) throughout the area. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line ambassador of our brand, delivering a modern payment experience to merchants who are eager to grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive canvassing of UMKM locations to introduce and demonstrate the benefits of our EDC machines.
  • Achieve a daily acquisition target of 2‑3 new merchant contracts, ensuring a high conversion rate through effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their payment needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including training merchants on device usage, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams when needed.
  • Report daily and weekly performance metrics to the regional sales manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and market insights.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that impact electronic payment solutions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper limit; applicants of any age are encouraged to apply.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in financial services or technology solutions.
  • Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid SIM C license for local travel.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess merchant needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
