Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive agency‑growth strategies to achieve monthly and yearly debtor acquisition targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified agents who match the company’s profile and culture.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing agents, fostering loyalty and maximizing their productivity.
- Coach and mentor agents on effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques to increase the volume of qualified debtor leads.
- Coordinate daily activities with senior management and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives and sales operations.
- Oversee the creation, scheduling, and performance analysis of social media content and digital marketing campaigns that support agency recruitment and brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes within the financial services sector to adapt strategies quickly.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, agent productivity, and sales results for senior leadership.
- Utilize personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to conduct field visits, agent training sessions, and on‑site client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline; a background in marketing, business, or communications is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging marketing content; experience with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus.
- Established network within the financial services or related industry, enabling rapid agency recruitment.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (SIM aktif).
