Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Generalist HR professional with a focus on Operations and Development to join our growing team. This role blends strategic talent acquisition with day‑to‑day HR administration, ensuring that our people processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will operate in a hybrid environment—balancing remote work with on‑site collaboration—while supporting a diverse workforce across Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: create compelling job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Manage core HR administration, including drafting and renewing employee contracts, tracking attendance, processing leave requests, calculating overtime, and providing payroll support.
- Administer statutory benefits such as BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, ensuring accurate enrollment, updates, and compliance with Indonesian labor law.
- Maintain and regularly update the HRIS (e.g., Talenta) with employee data, performance metrics, and training records, guaranteeing data integrity and easy retrieval for reporting.
- Prepare and deliver periodic HR reports—headcount, turnover, KPI dashboards, and compliance audits—to senior management for informed decision‑making.
- Act as a trusted liaison between staff and leadership, addressing policy questions, mediating concerns, and fostering transparent internal communication.
- Ensure all HR practices adhere to company SOPs, KPI frameworks, and national labor regulations, mitigating legal risk.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, from quarterly team‑building events to professional development workshops, promoting a vibrant workplace culture.
- Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps, recommend succession plans, and support strategic planning for future hiring needs.
- Contribute HR insights during cross‑functional meetings, aligning people strategies with overall business goals and growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline (minimum S1).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on HR experience, preferably with exposure to both recruitment and generalist functions.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Talenta.
- Strong analytical abilities for employee data, KPI measurement, and workforce planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid work setting.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset, with a collaborative spirit and the capacity to work independently.
