Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Service Professional to join our growing facilities management team. This role is vital to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients across our office, retail, and industrial locations. As the first line of defense against contamination and clutter, you will play a key part in upholding our company’s reputation for cleanliness, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal in assigned areas.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, restroom fixtures) using approved disinfectants to meet health‑safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, request re‑orders, and ensure proper storage of chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inspect completed work and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Coordinate with other facility staff to schedule deep‑cleaning projects, floor polishing, carpet extraction, and window washing without disrupting business operations.
- Adhere to a strict schedule of Monday‑Saturday shifts, arriving on time for the 08:00‑17:00 workday and completing tasks efficiently.
- Follow all company policies related to personal protective equipment (PPE), waste segregation, and environmental sustainability.
- Demonstrate flexibility by handling occasional special requests, such as post‑event clean‑ups or emergency spill responses.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
