Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Hub Lead to join our expanding logistics network at SPX Express in Dente Teladas, Tulang Bawang, Lampung. The Hub Lead will be the operational heartbeat of the hub, ensuring that every parcel moves efficiently from pickup to final delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow, guaranteeing on‑time deliveries from the moment of pickup through final customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize routing.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce incidents of lost or damaged packages, including proper handling, documentation, and real‑time tracking.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data capture, timely reconciliation, and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, balancing dock capacity, loading efficiency, and load planning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop hub staff, conducting regular performance reviews, on‑the‑job training, and skill‑building workshops.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, order accuracy, and cost per parcel, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, forecasting, and data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean and FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) principles to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Last Mile or First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and drive cost‑effective solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V‑lookups, and macro basics.
- Excellent communication and team‑leadership abilities, capable of motivating diverse staff.
- Familiarity with FIFO methodology, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
- Willingness to reside in Dente Teladas, Kab. Tulang Bawang, Lampung, and work on‑site.

- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
