Introduction

This role is critical for maintaining the health of the loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within prescribed timelines.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of credit accounts, identify delinquent accounts, and prioritize collection activities based on risk assessment.
  • Initiate contact with borrowers through phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate collection reports, including status updates, aging analysis, and recovery performance metrics for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and risk management teams to share insights and improve credit policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection actions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on collection best practices, legal regulations, and negotiation techniques.
  • Support the branch’s overall financial targets by achieving monthly and quarterly recovery goals.
  • Assist in the development of proactive strategies to reduce future delinquencies, such as customer education programs and early‑warning alerts.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate) degree; candidates with S1 (Bachelor) degrees from any discipline, as well as SMA/SMK graduates, are welcome.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related finance functions; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are also considered.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of credit monitoring, loan processing, arrears management, and proficiency with collection software or CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance branch aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
