Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our fast‑paced production kitchen as a Professional Cook and Experienced Barista. This daily‑worker role is perfect for those who love the art of cooking, especially wok‑style dishes, and who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic culinary environment. You will work alongside seasoned chefs, learn advanced food preparation techniques, and help craft delicious meals and beverages that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items, with a strong focus on wok‑cooked dishes.
  • Assist the head chef in ingredient preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
  • Operate coffee equipment, brew espresso, and create specialty beverages in line with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to food‑safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of perishable goods.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
  • Respond quickly to special requests or dietary modifications while maintaining quality.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with culinary trends and barista techniques.
  • Support opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning, waste disposal, and final inspections.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, seasonal specials, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • No age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
