Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Agent to join our growing team at the Mamuju Utara branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of agents and brokers, fostering strong relationships, and generating high‑quality leads for cash‑financing solutions secured by vehicle titles (cars or motorcycles). Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents or brokers within the assigned territory (Cabang Pasangkayu).
- Develop and maintain a robust network of agents, ensuring they remain motivated and productive.
- Conduct regular field visits to agents, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- Facilitate the flow of qualified consumer leads to agents, focusing on customers seeking cash financing backed by BPKB (vehicle title) for cars or motorcycles.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, agent activity levels, and monthly targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and credit evaluation teams to streamline the application process and improve approval times.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting vehicle financing.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements related to financing transactions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any major) with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, or agency recruitment.
- Licenses & Vehicles: Own a two‑wheel motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using social media platforms for marketing.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, target‑oriented mindset, self‑discipline, and readiness for field work.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, based in Cabang Pasangkayu.
