Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments of food, beverage, and other consumer goods using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing items to verify quantity, condition, and labeling accuracy.
- Maintain organized storage areas by sorting products onto designated racks, pallets, or bins according to company SOPs.
- Record inventory movements in the warehouse management system, updating logs and generating daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and inventory clerks to schedule timely dispatches and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support basic food and beverage service tasks such as preparing light refreshments for on‑site staff and visitors, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, follow all occupational health guidelines, and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including routine sweeping, waste segregation, and equipment sanitation.
- Provide courteous assistance to internal teams and external partners, embodying a customer‑first attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific operational crew).
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum age limit as stipulated).
- Marital Status: Preferably unmarried, reflecting the physical demands and shift schedule of the role.
- Work Ethic: Strong willingness to work hard, demonstrate reliability, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Core Traits: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Skills: Basic food and beverage service competence, good manual dexterity, and the ability to operate simple warehouse tools.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 20 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Full‑time commitment from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
