The successful candidate will be the face of the Dreame electronic product line, engaging with shoppers, demonstrating product features, and driving conversion through knowledgeable, friendly service. Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote Dreame electronic products, ensuring each customer receives a personalized buying experience.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, highlighting key specifications, benefits, and usage tips to help shoppers make informed decisions.
- Provide accurate information and educational support about product warranties, maintenance, and after‑sales service.
- Maintain a clean, well‑organized, and visually appealing product display that adheres to brand guidelines and maximizes foot traffic impact.
- Track inventory levels, report low stock situations, and coordinate with the back‑office team for timely replenishment.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights, forwarding them to the merchandising and product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by employing effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow sales associates and store management to ensure a cohesive shopping experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies, including the proper handling of electronic devices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey technical information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional promotional events.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
