Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine individual health needs and therapeutic goals.
- Design and execute personalized therapy sessions, including reflexology, massage, and wellness routines, adhering to best practice guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in condition.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other health‑care professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Provide clear explanations of therapy procedures, benefits, and post‑treatment care instructions to clients and their families.
- Monitor client responses during sessions, adjust techniques as needed, and ensure safety and comfort at all times.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in line with HIPAA and local privacy regulations.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training workshops, and continuing education programs to stay current with industry advancements.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours and high‑volume days.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment, following infection‑control protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Ability to perform the five daily prayers (Shalat) as part of personal commitment.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
- Basic knowledge of reflexology techniques and a willingness to expand skill set through training.
