Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Officer Remedial (Collection) for its Singkawang (Kalimantan) branch. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables, supporting the company’s cash flow stability and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be based at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the employee’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are overdue, ensuring deadlines are met and recovery targets are achieved.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and initiate appropriate remedial actions.
- Prepare and submit detailed collection reports, highlighting trends, success rates, and any obstacles faced.
- Coordinate with the credit approval team to verify the accuracy of loan documents and repayment schedules.
- Engage directly with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and encourage timely repayments.
- Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal department when escalation to formal legal proceedings becomes necessary.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring collection challenges to improve future loan terms and risk assessment models.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).

- Age: No strict upper limit, though the ideal candidate is under 30 years old.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
