Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Staff to join our dynamic retail team. This full‑time position is based in our flagship store and offers a fast‑paced environment where excellent service and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, honest, and disciplined individual who thrives on interacting with customers and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary while preserving a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily sales targets, share best practices, and support one another during peak hours.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and the store’s management system to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding loss prevention, health and safety, and ethical conduct.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management to help shape future merchandising and service strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Female (as specified) – however, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Professional appearance and polite behavior at all times.
  • Basic proficiency with retail management systems and POS software.
  • Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
