Applicants must be female, aged 40 – 50 years, and hold at least a junior high school (SMP/MTS) certificate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of therapeutic services, including reflexology, full‑body massage, spa rituals, facial acupuncture (totok wajah), ear therapy, and head massage.
- Perform beauty treatments such as nail art, basic salon services, and simple skincare procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health‑safety regulations.
- Assess client needs during initial consultations, recommend appropriate services, and customize treatment plans.
- Document each session accurately, noting client feedback, treatment duration, and any observations for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior therapists and salon managers to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service quality.
- Participate actively in ongoing training programs, workshops, and certification courses to stay current with industry trends.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards: greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and handle any concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management of oils, lotions, and beauty supplies, ensuring all materials are stocked and within expiry dates.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent; any field of study is acceptable.
- Age: Maximum 50 years (preferably not older than 40 years for training intensity).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- No prior professional experience required – fresh graduates and career‑switchers are welcome.
- Willingness to undergo a certified training program in Yogyakarta.
- Readiness to be placed in a location outside the trainee’s home city after certification.
- Basic interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual therapy techniques.
- Interest or basic knowledge in aromatherapy, traditional Indonesian massage, and nail art.
- Commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
