Responsibilities
- Perform thorough visual and software‑based inspections to identify hardware and firmware issues on iPhone models ranging from legacy devices to the latest releases.
- Execute repairs—including screen replacement, battery swaps, water‑damage remediation, and logic‑board troubleshooting—following manufacturer‑approved procedures and internal quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining the nature of the fault, the repair process, estimated turnaround time, and transparent cost breakdowns.
- Safeguard all customer data by using data‑wipe protocols and secure storage practices during the repair workflow.
- Utilize only OEM‑grade or approved third‑party spare parts that meet the company’s durability and performance criteria.
- Conduct post‑repair functional tests to verify that the device meets performance benchmarks before returning it to the owner.
- Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostic findings, parts used, labor hours, and final outcomes, within the company’s service management system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels of critical components.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest iOS updates, hardware revisions, and emerging repair techniques through continuous learning and internal training sessions.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines, including proper handling of batteries and electronic waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma (D3) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a mobile phone or iPhone technician; hands‑on experience with soldering, micro‑soldering, and board‑level repairs is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of iPhone hardware architecture, common failure modes, and software troubleshooting (iOS diagnostics, recovery mode, DFU).
- Excellent analytical skills to diagnose complex issues quickly and accurately.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a methodical approach to testing and repair.
- High degree of honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and accountability in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and privacy at all times.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and team members.

- Willingness to work the standard schedule of 09:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
