Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur Operasional dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic food‑service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly, maintains the highest standards of hygiene, and delivers an exceptional experience for our guests. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. You will report directly to the Kitchen Supervisor and work closely with chefs, service staff, and other operational personnel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring taste and presentation consistency.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, coffee machines, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and cooking areas to comply with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, spices, and cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, checking the quality of incoming goods, and properly storing them.
- Support the barista station when needed, preparing coffee drinks and maintaining coffee equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours and manage workflow during slower periods.
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards (HACCP) and local hygiene legislation.
- Participate in daily briefings, share ideas for process improvements, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain personal hygiene, wear appropriate protective gear, and promote a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in a kitchen environment.
- Prior experience as a barista is a strong plus.
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Basic proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and cleaning tools.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 40 hours per week.
