Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Partner – Junior to join our expanding sales team in Tanah Datar, Sumatra Barat. As a Business Partner, you will act as the face of the organization, representing our brand in the community while developing a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new business partners and customers across Tanah Datar and surrounding districts.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, explain service benefits, and negotiate contract terms.
- Maintain a daily activity log, track leads in the CRM system, and report sales performance to the regional manager.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams—product, logistics, and finance—to resolve client issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; up to a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel to client sites.
- Willingness to work full‑time field marketing with flexible hours (08:00 – 19:00, Monday‑Friday).
- Ability to commit to an initial 12‑month contract, with the prospect of permanent employment thereafter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic analytical skills to assess sales data and market conditions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
