Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site surveys of potential borrowers, visiting homes, shops, and dealer locations to evaluate the feasibility of financing applications.
- Verify all personal and financial documents (identity cards, tax records, bank statements, and collateral proofs) in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collect and record quantitative data such as income levels, business turnover, and asset conditions using mobile reporting tools.
- Prepare detailed and timely survey reports, highlighting key findings, risk factors, and recommendations for the credit underwriting team.
- Present survey outcomes to the credit analyst team, providing clear rationale for approval, modification, or rejection of financing proposals.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with prospective customers, dealers, and partner agencies, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations staff to schedule follow‑up visits, document retrieval, and any required re‑inspections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor financing offers within the region, feeding insights back to the product development team.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and travel protocols while performing field duties, including the proper use of personal protective equipment where needed.
Requirements
- Male candidates, age ≤ 30 years (all genders may be considered if local regulations permit).
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in field surveying, credit assessment, or loan collection; experience in automotive or dealer financing is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license for independent travel to client sites.
- Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of credit risk indicators and the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with diverse customer groups.
- Proven track record of integrity, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Clean BI Slik credit check and no adverse legal history.
- Proficiency with mobile data entry apps, GPS navigation, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
