Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, process sales transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges in line with company policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards, including shelf stocking, merchandise presentation, and signage updates.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, receive shipments, and ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced.
- Assist in loss‑prevention activities such as monitoring for shoplifting and reporting suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety procedures.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, stock levels, and potential improvements to store layout.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment when required.
- Support promotional events, seasonal displays, and special sales initiatives to drive foot traffic.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a basic understanding of English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional appearance: clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Good physical health and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer‑service environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
