Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Store Operations Crew Members. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates or anyone eager to start a career in retail. Our stores operate six days a week, providing a dynamic environment where teamwork, customer focus, and operational excellence are essential. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers, process sales transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges in line with company policies.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards, including shelf stocking, merchandise presentation, and signage updates.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, receive shipments, and ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced.
  • Assist in loss‑prevention activities such as monitoring for shoplifting and reporting suspicious behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, stock levels, and potential improvements to store layout.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment when required.
  • Support promotional events, seasonal displays, and special sales initiatives to drive foot traffic.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 27 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a basic understanding of English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance: clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Good physical health and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer‑service environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
