Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) to join our collections team in the Jabodetabek region. The role focuses on overseeing the timely execution of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) activities, ensuring that our credit portfolio remains healthy and aligned with corporate targets. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are performed within the stipulated timelines.
- Perform daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, updating the system with payment statuses and communication logs.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, or face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options.
- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and risk teams to resolve disputes and enforce collection policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities, adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Assist in developing and refining collection strategies based on market conditions and customer behavior.
- Provide exceptional customer service, preserving the company’s reputation while achieving recovery targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, any major.
- Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related finance functions (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are also welcome).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt recovery processes, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, collection software).
- Willingness to be placed at an Adira Finance office that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
