This role focuses on face‑to‑face promotion, direct sales, and market intelligence gathering to boost brand visibility and drive revenue growth. The successful candidates will work closely with our digital marketing team, senior sales managers, and retail partners to ensure that Little Joy products reach the right customers at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Execute on‑ground promotional activities and sell Little Joy products to end‑consumers, achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor, control, and report on all marketing activities performed in the field, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis through field surveys, gathering insights on pricing, promotions, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare and present analytical reports on sales performance, identifying gaps and recommending actionable strategies to improve results.
- Maintain open communication with direct supervisors, reporting customer complaints, sales challenges, and any operational obstacles.
- Collaborate with other departments—including logistics, product development, and digital marketing—to align field efforts with broader company initiatives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, retail partners, and local influencers to expand distribution channels.
- Propose innovative ideas for promotional events, in‑store displays, and community outreach programs that resonate with the target market.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the mother‑and‑baby or food segment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Professional appearance (Chindo look), attractive presentation, and ability to work without a hijab.
- Demonstrated ability to implement sales and marketing strategies at a local level.
- Target‑oriented, hardworking, dedicated, and highly loyal to the organization.
