Introduction

We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented Sekretaris Administrasi Perusahaan with a strong background in tax compliance, reporting, and planning. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal liaison between the finance department, external consultants, and tax authorities, ensuring that all statutory obligations are met accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) in compliance with Indonesian tax law.
  • Maintain ongoing tax compliance by monitoring filing deadlines, updating e‑Faktur and e‑SPT systems, and reconciling tax accounts.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current tax regulations (PPN, PPh, and other statutes) and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
  • Develop and recommend tax planning strategies and optimization initiatives that align with corporate financial objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external tax consultants, and government tax offices to resolve queries and facilitate audits.
  • Compile comprehensive tax reports and analytical dashboards for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and compliance status.
  • Support the finance team in ERP (SAP) and specialized tax software usage, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow.
  • Provide administrative support for the department, including document filing, meeting coordination, and correspondence management.
  • Mentor junior staff on best practices in tax documentation, record‑keeping, and regulatory updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Tax Staff, Tax Officer, or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN, PPh, e‑Faktur, and e‑SPT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tax‑specific software; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional certifications such as Brevet A/B or Certified Tax Consultant are highly desirable.

  • Age limit: No maximum age restriction; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in an administrative or tax‑focused environment.
