Introduction

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Staff Cost Management and Pricing Operations specialist to join our dynamic finance team within a leading multi‑specialty hospital network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our service tariffs are accurate, competitive, and aligned with both regulatory standards and market demand. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, clinical, and IT departments to translate complex cost structures into clear pricing strategies that support sustainable growth and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate, adjust, and formulate hospital service tariffs based on cost analyses, market trends, and strategic objectives.
  • Respond promptly to sales requests by providing precise pricing for procedures and packages offered to clients.
  • Configure and maintain tariff settings in the Teramedik hospital management system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Set up and manage partner (rekanan) pricing agreements within the system, reflecting negotiated terms from the sales team.
  • Create and maintain master sales records in the Helix hospital information system, supporting seamless invoicing and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of pricing data to identify discrepancies, recommend corrections, and improve overall pricing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile cost data, ensuring alignment between financial statements and pricing models.
  • Prepare detailed pricing reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting profitability, utilization rates, and competitive positioning.
  • Stay informed about healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and industry best practices that impact pricing decisions.
  • Provide training and support to cross‑functional teams on pricing tools and processes, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in cost analysis and pricing within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with hospital information systems such as Teramedik and Helix.
  • Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken, to interact with international partners and prepare documentation.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to coordinate effectively with sales, clinical, and IT teams.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to work quickly yet meticulously, delivering accurate pricing calculations under tight deadlines.
  • Availability: Immediate joiner preferred; flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
