Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Koordinator Kontrol Inventaris to join our logistics hub in Depok, serving the greater Jabodetabek area. This pivotal role ensures that inventory movement is accurately recorded, temperature‑controlled environments are maintained, and all inbound and outbound processes comply with strict quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse operators, quality assurance teams, and the IT department to guarantee seamless inventory flow and reliable data integrity within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Responsibilities
- Verify the consistency between the surat jalan (delivery note) and the physical goods received, flagging any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Conduct regular temperature checks of freezers and chillers, recording readings at least twice per shift and documenting any deviations from preset limits.
- Match sales orders (SO) with physical inventory during inbound processing to prevent stock mismatches.
- Document instances of over‑receiving, under‑receiving, or damaged (“bad stock”) items, ensuring that corrective actions are logged in the system.
- Enter received quantities into the WMS, marking items that fail acceptance criteria for further investigation.
- Organize stock using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) principles to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Complete temperature‑monitoring forms for each shift and submit them to the quality team for audit purposes.
- Record all disposal activities, including the destruction of expired or non‑sellable products, and maintain disposal logs for regulatory compliance.
- Assist in periodic internal audits, providing accurate reports and supporting documentation as required.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure smooth hand‑overs and consistent adherence to SOPs across all working hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related logistics function.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek region and to participate in a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail, capable of spotting discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Physical agility and stamina to handle inventory checks, temperature monitoring, and occasional manual lifting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic WMS functionalities.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
