Introduction
Accor is seeking a dynamic and guest‑focused professional to join the Host Kolam Pantai Club Resort team. This role is pivotal in delivering the high‑standard hospitality experience that Accor guests expect across its worldwide portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining immaculate service quality, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both local and international visitors. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in line with Accor’s brand standards, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and warmth.
- Oversee daily operational tasks within the assigned department, coordinating with front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency throughout the resort facilities.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, complaints, and special requirements, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth handovers, accurate reporting, and consistent service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, participating in training sessions, and mentoring junior staff.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring that all guest‑facing areas are fully stocked and presented to the highest standard.
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental policies, contributing to Accor’s commitment to sustainable tourism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4); a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar hospitality position, preferably within a resort or upscale hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Well‑groomed, professional appearance, and a guest‑oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, manage pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Leadership potential for supervisory or managerial growth, demonstrating initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.
