Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, offering product recommendations, and handling inquiries about vaping devices and e‑liquids.
- Train, mentor, and schedule store staff to ensure a high‑performing, collaborative team environment.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase new product lines and promotional offers.
- Monitor sales performance, generate weekly reports, and suggest actionable improvements to increase revenue.
- Handle all monetary transactions with precision, reconcile cash registers, and prepare end‑of‑day financial summaries.
- Manage multi‑tasking responsibilities such as responding to customer feedback, updating product displays, and resolving inventory discrepancies simultaneously.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in electronic cigarettes, e‑liquids, and related accessories to advise customers and influence product selection.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations concerning vaping products, age verification, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
