Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and marketplace listings, aligning with product launches and promotional periods.
- Produce high‑quality photo and video assets using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom; edit footage for brand‑consistent storytelling.
- Write compelling copy for posts, ads, email newsletters, and product descriptions that resonate with the target audience and encourage conversion.
- Manage paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and monitor daily spend, targeting, and ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics, platform‑specific insights, and e‑commerce dashboards to track traffic, engagement, and sales performance; generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create product photography, promotional graphics, and on‑site visual merchandising.
- Identify emerging digital trends, hashtags, and competitor activities, recommending adjustments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Assist in SEO optimization of blog articles and product pages, ensuring proper keyword usage and meta‑data implementation.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and live streaming sessions to showcase new tools and industrial solutions.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (active university students are also welcome).
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Fresh graduates are highly preferred; no prior professional experience required.
- Strong interest in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering concise, engaging presentations.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, e‑commerce platforms, and marketing coordination.
- Ability to capture product photography, conduct sales analysis, and support sales initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
