Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Pengelola Gudang dan Stok Barang to join our dynamic logistics team. This pivotal role ensures that all inventory moves smoothly from receipt to dispatch, maintaining optimal stock levels while upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency. As a cornerstone of our supply‑chain operations, the Warehouse and Stock Manager plays a critical part in supporting timely deliveries to our customers and sustaining the overall profitability of the business.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Organize and store goods using systematic layout principles to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle‑counts, updating the inventory management system to reflect real‑time availability.
- Operate forklift and lift‑truck equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all SIO (Sertifikat Operator) regulations.
- Maintain equipment logs, schedule routine maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Prepare and oversee order picking, packing, and loading processes for outbound deliveries, coordinating with transportation partners.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and emergency response procedures.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the purchasing, sales, and production departments to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper inventory handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Storeman or Warehouse Operator.
- Active SIO Forklift certification with demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts and lift trucks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Physical stamina to handle manual loading, unloading, and movement of goods throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
