Introduction
Ran Caekek, a fast‑growing logistics and courier provider operating throughout Indonesia, is seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi. This role is essential to the smooth flow of packages from inbound receipt to outbound delivery, ensuring that every parcel reaches the correct destination on time. The position is based at our main sorting facility and offers a stable, full‑time schedule from Monday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
Responsibilities
- Sort packages accurately according to delivery route, geographic zone, and service category (e.g., standard, express, cash‑on‑delivery).
- Perform inbound and outbound barcode scanning using company‑issued handheld devices, following strict procedural guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement on the warehouse floor.
- Arrange sorted parcels on designated racks or baskets, maintaining clear zone demarcations for quick retrieval.
- Inspect each parcel for visible damage, incorrect labeling, or missing documentation and promptly report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all health, safety, and occupational SOPs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily throughput targets and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and assist in the preparation of daily operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 45 years.

- Valid Indonesian KTP and family card (KK) – originals required.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for downloading and running the company app.
- Personal bank account for salary disbursement.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient; able to stand, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Prior experience in warehouse sorting, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Soft skills: strong attention to detail, good communication, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Uniform compliance: short‑sleeve collar‑less T‑shirt, short‑sleeve cargo or “bola” pants without pockets, and safety‑approved shoes.
