Introduction
J&T Express, a leading regional logistics provider, is expanding its network in the Tulungagung area and is looking for energetic and reliable motorcycle couriers. As a Kurir Motor, you will become an essential link in our fast‑growing delivery ecosystem, ensuring parcels reach customers on time while representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the J&T Express hub and deliver them to residential and business addresses across the Tulungagung region.
- Plan daily routes using mapping applications to maximize efficiency and meet the assigned delivery targets.
- Verify shipment details, scan barcodes, and obtain customer signatures or electronic confirmations upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and any delivery exceptions, reporting them promptly to the dispatch team.
- Inspect the motorcycle and safety equipment before each shift, reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering basic inquiries, and handling minor complaints with a solution‑focused attitude.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies, ensuring personal and public safety at all times.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions aimed at improving delivery speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in occasional promotional activities or special delivery campaigns as directed by the operations manager.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA/SMK preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) for motorcycles.
- Own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM to run navigation and courier apps.
- High level of loyalty, honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work under a target‑driven system.
- Basic mapping and area‑coverage knowledge of Tulungagung and surrounding districts.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a courteous demeanor towards customers.
