Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance products and actively expand the customer base and distribution network across Singkawang and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners, including dealers, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Conduct on‑site surveys, collect financial data, and perform thorough credit and eligibility analyses to assess consumer suitability for financing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by BCA Finance.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑handling policies.
- Provide timely follow‑up and after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) in any field; S1 (Bachelor’s degree) is highly preferred.
- Academic performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; we value experience and potential over chronological age.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: Entry‑level candidates (0 years) are welcome; prior experience in sales, finance, or customer relations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a field‑based environment.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for daily commuting.
- Residency: Must reside in Singkawang or nearby districts to ensure rapid response to client needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Commitment to uphold data privacy regulations as outlined in UU No. 27/2022.
